2. Interview the Engineers
We shortlist the best-fit candidates, and you interview them (technical + communication). If you want, we can run a short paid trial task to validate fit.
3. Kickoff (Fast Onboarding)
We ensure the setup is smooth, including culture training, access, Jira/sprint cadence, communication channels, and priorities. Your dedicated manager joins to ensure smooth integration and remove blockers early.
4. Outcomes + Warranty
We monitor weekly outcomes aligned to your priorities, with proactive updates and escalation. If performance or fit isn’t right, we apply the warranty: adjust, replace, or pause until it’s solved.

Most engineers can start in about 2 weeks, depending on your stack, access requirements, and onboarding process.
2. How do you ensure quality (reviews/testing)?
We vet engineers with rigorous technical tests, train them on business, strategy, and compliance, and you can evaluate them during onboarding. A dedicated account manager provides a second layer of monitoring and escalation.

3. How do you handle security/compliance expectations?

We’ll swap the engineer within up to 30 days. If it’s clearly not a fit, we can pause and replace—no additional charge for the replacement.
