Open at the core

The thinking is open. The engine is ours.

ADRIAN is published in full under the MIT license: the four phases, the phase gates, the PM, Dev, and QA role specs, the Request Contract template, the agent instruction files, and the compliance mode switches for SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, and government work. Use it, fork it, rename it. What stays ours is the engine that runs it at scale.

The framework is vendor-neutral on purpose, so a few names differ from ours: the open version calls the requirements bot BugLady, where yours is the Ramjet Widget. Same role in the loop — the spine that turns a request into a contract.

The proof is not the method deck. The proof is what ADRIAN ships: real systems, on time, compliant, and still improving a year later.
